摘　　要：法国城市规划体系的发展演变可以基本概括为由中央向地方分权的过程、本文围绕法国地方分权之前和之后三个代表性的与城市规划相关的法律、即1967年的《土地指导法》、1983—1983年的《地方分权法》和2000年的《社会团结与城市更新法》对各不同阶段城市规划政策、管理机构、组织程序和规划文件做总体介绍。The evolution of urban planning systemafter the Second World War in France is characterizedby a decentralization process since 1982. This articlebriefly reviews different planning institutions.legislations. procedures and instruments incorrespondent periods represented by three lawsrelative to urban planning——LOF in 1967.Decentralization Laws in 1982～1983 and SRU in2000.
