摘　　要：法国的社会住宅政策自19世纪以来经历了几个时期的演变、政府在实践中不断通过政策调整来推动社会住宅建设,其间出台了一系列的法律法规。同时、具有公益色彩的低租金社会住宅组织(HLM)的成立为法国社会住宅的建没起到了重要的作用。The policy of the funding of social housinghas evolved through several phases after 19s. Thegovernment has promoted the policies for the fundingand worked out a series of laws. At the same time,HLMs. who is an organisation with public sector.plays an important role in the construction of socialhousing in France.
