摘　　要：安阳15t转炉炼钢厂坚持技术进步,从实际出发,认真加强基础工作(如精料、标准化操作、质量一贯制管理等),推广适用技术(如综合砌炉、转炉三吹三体制、红包出钢等),开发新技术(如保护浇铸,复合吹炼),实现整个生产系统科技进步,各项技术经济指标进入国内先进行列。The 15T steelmaking plant of Anyang lron & Steel Company has been ranking first in all technical and economical indicators in the country's iron and steelmaking cector thanks to its being persisting in technological advance and principle of proceeding from pracrice, strengthening the foundation work (e.g.use of selected furnace charge, standa- rdization of operating procedure, and management by quality consistency), popularizing applied technologies (involving composite furnace brickworking, oxygen-blowing conve- rter operation on a 3 by 3 schedule and hot ladle tapping e.t.c). developing new techni- ques (as casting with protection and combined blown refining process) and aiming at overall science and technology advance in the production system.
