摘　　要：采用整体钢锭模挂绝热板并用保护渣、防缩孔剂来生产优质锻造钢锭,帽容比降到10％,节约钢水5％,同时,还可消除钢锭悬挂裂纹和残余缩孔缺陷。It is expected that ratio of the capped portion to available ingot can be cut down to 10%,hot metal consumption reduced by 5%,and defects of slabs such as suspending cracks and secondary shrinkage eliminated by employing heat insulating shield,covering flux,shrinkage proof agent as well as solid die in producing high quality forging ingot.
