顶吹氧气转炉气化脱硫率和终点脱硫能力的研究探讨

摘　　要：借助15t顶吹氧气转炉的试验数据,研究了氧气顶吹转炉的气化脱硫率(η_(s·g))和影响它的主要因素。同时,研究了影响吹炼终点脱硫分配比(L_(s·F))和偏离平衡系数(η_(s·F))的因素。Degree of gasificating desulphurization(η_s.g) and major affecting factors were in vestaged on the basis of datum of experiments on 15 tonne top blown converter and other elements influencing the turndown sulphur distribution ratio(L_s.F)as well as causes of departure from the value of equilibrium sulphur portion verified in the meanwhile.
