摘　　要：日本综合商社、西方工业型跨国公司和从本土经营到国际化经营的连锁零售企业集团等三种内外贸一体化流通组织形式各具特色,通过对其的实证分析并结合我国的实际情况,提出中国发展内外贸一体化流通组织的目标及零售企业国际化的建议。Japanese comprehensive company, western-style industry-oriented multinational corporation and world chain retail group, these three circulation and organization forms of integrated foreign and domestic trade, have their own characteristics. This paper puts forward suggestions for the development target of China's integrated foreign & domestic trade circulation and organization form and internationalization of chain group.
