中药敷贴合离子导入法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染90例

摘　　要：对反复呼吸道感染患儿 (90例 )采用自拟方药穴位敷贴结合离子导入法治疗 (治疗组 ) ,每周 2次 ,连续 16次为一个疗程 ;对照组 (30例 )采用肌注转移因子治疗 ,每周 2次 ,连续治疗 8周为一疗程。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 85 5 5 % ,对照组为 73 33% ,P <0 0 5 ,治疗组优于对照组。Ninety children with recurrent respiratory infection in treatm ent group were treated with herbal ion penetration, twice a week for consecutive 16 sessions; and another 30 cases in control group were treated by intramuscula r injection of transfer factor, twice a week for consecutive 8 weeks. Results: T he total effective rate was 85.55% in treatment group and 73.33% in control grou p, with a difference between the two rates (P<0.05).
