摘　　要：作为重要改革措施的电子政务建设,在对政府管理创新发挥积极推动作用的同时,需要政府不断创新其管理理念和管理制度,使二者水乳交融、相得益彰,成为我国政府改革的两道亮丽风景线。The e-government construction as important reformation measure has played important pole in the innovation of government management. At the same time ,government needs to innovate its managing idea an systems continuously. Combination of the both and getting benefit from each become a beautiful scenery in our governmental reformation.
