摘　　要：为了应对信息网络技术对版权保护制度的巨大挑战,世界知识产权组织等国际组织以及世界各国纷纷在立法方面做出了积极反应,我国必须加快研究科技发展引起的版权保护新问题,寻找既符合本国国情又合乎国际发展趋势的解决方法。In order to deal with the great challenges of information technology to the copyright-protecting system,international organizations including the WIPO and countries have reacted actively in legislation. It is an urgent task for us to strengthen the studies of the new problem caused by the development of science technology,and seek a resolution in accordance according with both our own situation and international tendency.
