养胃冲剂对实验性反流性胃炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养胃冲剂对实验性反流性胃炎炎症病变的改善作用。方法:用大鼠胃空肠吻合手术制作实验性返流性胃炎模型,将模型大鼠随机分为养胃冲剂治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组、胃炎模型组和正常对照组(非手术大鼠),分别处理90天。于胃底部、大弯、小弯处取材,制作切片显微镜和电子显微镜下观察。结果:养胃冲剂1、5、10 g.kg-1,可抑制实验性返流性胃炎的炎症表现,使胃壁组织结构的病理改变得以修复;结论:养胃冲剂可显著抑制实验性反流性胃炎的炎性细胞浸润。Aim: To observe the improved effect of Yang -Wei granule on the experimental returning gastritis. Method: Experimental returning gastritis model were established by performing the gastrojejunostomy. The rats were randomly divided into five groups which were Ⅰ ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups treated with Yang - Wei granule of different concentration, the gastritis group and the normal group (without operation). Treated for 90 days, The samples obtained form the fundus, the greater, the lesser curvature of the stomach were observed by the electron microscope. Result: The Yang - Wei granule 1,5,10 g. kg-1 depressed the inflammation cell infiltration in the experimental returning gastritis and repaired the pathologic changes in the stomach wall. Conclusion : The Yang - Wei granule could significantly depress the inflammation cell infiltration , the mucosal hyperplasia of the fundus, intetinal metaplasia in gastric mucosa, and the expansion of the gastric pit.
