复感宁方对复感儿唾液淀粉酶活性及T淋巴细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的:验证复感宁方的疗效和作用机理。方法:在治疗前检测33例肺、脾气虚挟湿滞型RRTI(反复呼吸道感染)患儿的T淋巴细胞亚群及唾液淀粉酶酸刺激前后活性,在应用复感宁方治疗2个月后复查。并对20例健康儿作相应的检测。结果:RRTI患儿的CD4、CD4/CD8及唾液淀粉酶酸刺激前后活性比值比健康儿低(P<0.001),CD8比健康儿升高(P<0.01)。经复感宁方治疗后,RRTI患儿的CD4上升,CD8下降,CD4/CD8上升,唾液淀粉酶酸刺激前后活性比值上升(P<0.001)。结论:提示复感宁方提高肺、脾气虚挟湿滞引起的免疫功能下降,具有调节失衡的T淋巴细胞亚群的作用,同时,复感宁方可使RRTI患儿唾液淀粉酶活性在酸刺激后得到回升,说明复感宁通过健脾补肺,化湿消食,使肺脾气虚的程度得到改善,具有调节失衡的植物神经系统功能的作用。To summarize and to demonstrate curative effect and acting mechanism of Fuganning Fang from clinical and experiment . We detected the level of T lymphocyte the activity of ptyalin in the children with RRTI with flow cytometer. Result: In RRT1 groups before treatment ,CD4,CD4/CD8were significantly lower than normal value ( P <0. 001) ,CD8 were significantly higher than normal value ( P <0.01) , CD3 were without obviously difference to normal value( P >0.05) , CD4 ,CD4/ CD8were obviously increased after treatment with Fuganning Fang ( P < 0. 01) , CD8 were obviously descent ( P < 0. 05) , CD3 were without obviously difference ( P >05). The level of ptyalin in the children with RRTI reduce after acid stimulation , the ratio of the activity of ptyalin is less than one , it is obviously difference with those normal group ( P < 0.001) , the ratio of the activity of ptyalin increased after treatment with Fuganling Fang ( P < 0.001) . It is suggested that Fuganning Fang be able to regulate T lymphocyte subset unbalance, improve immunity function and be able to heighten the level of ptyalin the ratio of the activity of ptyalin in the children with RRTI before and after treating , have the function of regulating autonomic nerve system.
