摘  要:MoO3和Sb2 O3混合物与NH3通过程序升温反应制备电极材料 ,用XRD和SEM方法表征反应产物。SEM表明 ,电极成膜物质为纳米晶体。电化学方法证明 ,该材料制备的电极具有典型的电容性能 ,经Sb改性后的γ Mo2 N复合电极“准电容”的比容量提高近 1 6倍 ,在酸性电解液中有优良的电化学活性 ,循环伏安测试在 -0 4V之后极化程度小 ,电位下降趋势明显减缓 ,是一种具有发展潜力的储能材料。Molybdenum nitride is prepared by gas solid reaction of ammonia with molybdenum trioxide and Sb 2O 3 under temperature program control. The products are inve stiga ted by means of cyclic voltammetry, XRD and SEM. It is indicated by the SEM ana l ysis that nanophase γ-Mo 2N in electrode film is formed from the nitration of Mo O 3 and Sb 2O 3. It is verified by the electrochemical test that the electro de made from the nanophase γ-Mo 2N has typical capacitor properties, and the specifi c c apacity of the “pseudo-capacitance” with γ-Mo 2N electrode modified by Sb is inc reased by a factor of 160%. The electrode material presents an excellent electr o chemical activity, and a relatively weak polarization above -0.4V in cyclic vol t ammetry measurement. It is a potential material in energy conservation for futu re development.
