摘  要:通过综合技术经济指标的分析 ,介绍贵州铝厂炭素阳极生产系统 3个焙烧系列技术改造过程及其效果。节能型环式焙烧炉阳极焙烧工艺 ,由于采用先进的重油燃烧控制技术 ,物耗、能耗水平均有较大幅度削减 ,有效地控制烟气产生量及烟气中污染物的排放量 ,最终减少了排入环境中的污染物总量 ,实现了清洁生产 ,确保了焙烧烟气的稳定达标排放 ,是清洁生产的先进工艺技术。The improvements and achievements of three series of baking furnaces for carbon anode manufacturing system in Guizhou Aluminum Plant is described by analysis of the comprehensive technico-economic indexes. The novel anode baking technolog y with the advanced furnace featured in energy saving and environmental protection is the clean production technology, by use of it, the material and energy consumpti on in anode production are remarkably reduced, therefore the quantity of the smo ke and the content of the pollutant are effectively controlled, because the exce llent combustion control technology for heavy oil is adopted. As the result, th e total pollutant amount into the environment is decreased, and the clean product ion is achieved, the steady and standardizing smoke discharge is ensured.
