摘　　要：根据丙纶的结构特征以及高速纺丝工艺特点,以脂肪酸酯为油剂主体,选用特殊磷酸酯抗静电剂及其 它单体表面活性剂,研制出具有良好集束、抗静电、润湿、平滑和耐磨等性能的丙纶高速纺丝油剂TF-730。油 剂应用于纺丝中,丙纶POY、DTY一等品率分别达到95％和90％。On the basis of the structure of PP fibre and the technological characteristic of high speed spinning, the aliphatic ester was selected as the principle part together with special antistatic agent of phosphate ester and other mono-surfactants. For preparing high speed spinning finish TF-730. The finish with good properties of bunding, antistatic, lubrication and antifriction was applied in spinning , the first-grade of POY and DTY could reached by 95 % and 90% respectively.
