摘  要:研究了甲基聚氧化乙烯与丙烯酸在不同催化剂作用下的酯化反应,探讨了酯化的动力学,并建立了动力学方程。试验表明,最佳的酯化催化剂为对甲苯磺酸。The water-reducing agent is one of the most necessary additives in modern concrete making. The polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer is the best water-reducing agent with high performance up to now. In this paper, a superplasticizer was synthesized by poly(ethyleneoxide)(PEO), acrylic acid, and initiator. The synthetic method is divided into two steps: (1) The esterification of poly(ethyleneoxide) (PEO) and acrylic acid; (2) polymerization in the presence of water. The effects of catalysts such as phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, p-toluene sulfonic acid, silicotungstic acid and solid super acid on the esterification of poly(ethyleneoxide) (PEO) and acrylic acid were studied. The results show that the optimal catalyst is p-toluene sulfonic acid. Moreover the kinetics under p-toluene sulfonic acid was obtained.
