摘 要:为了合成药用三元无规偶氮共聚物,提出了一种新的偶联剂4,4′-对二乙烯基偶氮苯(DVAB)的合成新方法。先以溴化硝基苄为原料,通过Wittig反应,合成对硝基苯乙烯,再用金属Zn还原,得到对二乙烯基偶氮苯(DVAB)产物,经色谱柱分离纯化后用紫外、红外、核磁共振谱及元素分析、熔点测定等手段进行表征。In order to synthesize azo-copolymer for colon-site specific drug delivery system, an azo-crosslinking agent——4,4′-divinylazobenzene (DVAB) has been synthesized and a new synthetic pathway to DVAB was presented together with a procedure e.g. Firstly to prepare p-nitrostyrene by Wittig reaction based on nitrobenzyl bromide, following reduced by metal Zn, after separated by chromatography column and purified, the product was characterized by UV, FT-IR, ()~1H-NMR and element analysis, melting point measurement. The results show that the UV, IR, ()~1H-NMR spectrum of the product DVAB with the molecular weigh 234 and the melting point (137.7) ℃^(138.8) ℃ was agreement with those prepared by the other methods. This new synthetic methods was proved to be successful and practical in the synthesis of azo-copolymer.
