摘  要:利用本实验室自行研制的超声混炼装置对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)进行超声混炼。通过实验发现,超声混炼可有效地降低UHMWPE的粘度,并且不会使其力学性能有很大降低,甚至由于超声场致作用使得材料的断裂伸长率等性能得到很大提高。High intensity ultrasonic wave has been used on the UHMWPE in a mixer developed by our own lab. The results show that the tangled long chain of UHMWPE is distangled by the ultrasonic vibration, so the movement resistance decreases greatly, and as a result the viscosity of UHMWPE decreases effectively. Although the rheology improves a lot, the mechanical performance of UHMWPE doesn′t decrease heavily, furthermore the elongation at break of UHMWPE is greatly improved. This thesis took emphasis on the research on the performances of the UHMWPE under different ultrasonic conditions, and it has much meaning on the renovation of the molding equipments and UHMWPE modification.
