摘 要:采用超高模聚乙烯纤维分别增强高密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯基体,对不同的工艺条件下制成的样品用差示扫描量热法(DSC)进行分析,探讨聚乙烯自增强复合材料界面形成机理和界面性能。Ultrahigh modulus polyethylene (UHMPE) fiber is a kind of high performance fiber, but its adhesiveness is not perfect. In order to improve its interfacial properties, the composites of UHMPE/LDPE and UHMPE/HDPE were prepared, and the mechanism and performance of the interface were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The cocrystal can be formed in the interface of UHMPE/LDPE, while it can not be found in UHMPE/HDPE. More molecule chains will diffuse and tangle with each other to form cocrystal in higher temperature, meanwhile the stability of cocrystal will be decreased. So it is very important to select appropriate processing temperature and matrix type.
