摘 要:在烟丝整丝率达到80 0%以上、烟丝碎丝率控制在3 0%以内、烟丝填充值和纯净度分别≥4 2cm3/g和99 0%的情况下,通过控制烟支单支重量和卷烟机车速,研究了烟丝物理指标、跑条烟丝物理指标、烟丝整丝率变化率对烟支空头率及烟丝整丝率变化率对跑条烟丝结构和填充值变化率等的影响。结果表明:在试验条件下,烟丝结构、烟丝填充值等指标对烟支空头率的影响居于次要的地位,而整丝率变化率是影响烟支空头率的主要因素。整丝率变化率每提高1%,可使烟支空头率降低约0 2%,跑条烟丝整丝率提高约0 92%,跑条烟丝碎丝率降低约0 12%,烟丝填充值变化率增大约1 1%。While keeping the proportion of long strands (>2.5mm) above 80%, the proportion of small strands (<1.00mm) below 3%, the filling power and purity ≥4.2cm^3/g and ≥99%, respectively, the effects of size distribution of cut tobacco on the loose end ratio of cigarette and the proportion of long strands and the filling power of cut tobacco in break-out rod were studied by controlling individual cigarette weight and the speed of cigarette maker. The results showed that the loose end ratio was mainly influenced by the change rate of the proportion of long strands, when the latter increased by 1%, the former decreased by 0.2%, the proportion of long strands of cut tobacco in break-out rod increased by 0.92%, the proportion of small strands decreased by 0.12%, and the filling power increased by 1.1%. However, the loose end ratio was affected to a lesser extent by the structure and filling power of cut tobacco.
