摘　　要：管理贸易既不是自由贸易也不是保护贸易,而兼具两者特点。管理贸易政策在各国的蔓延是符合各国的“国家利益”准则的。经济国际化并不意味着国际范围内的自由贸易,不管是从一国国内各利益方的利益需求还是国家与国家之间的关系来看,各国贸易政策中的贸易保护因素并不会因为经济国际化而消除。经济国际化进程中的管理贸易政策是各国的必然选择。Managed trade means neither free trade nor protected trade. Instead, it maintains characteristics of both. The spread of policies of managed trade is in line with the maxim of state interest. Similarly, economic internationalization does not mean worldwide free trade, either. Under circumstances of economic internationalization, trade protection will not be eliminated on account of both the profits on the part of various parties within a country, and aspects of international relations. Therefore, policies of managed trade become the inevitable choice for all countries.
