摘  要:目的观察血管腔内超声消融的效果及对血管壁的影响。方法用离体大隐静脉建立血栓血管模型,然后分2、4、6、8cm血管段行腔内超声消融,并留2cm未消融血管做对照。结果消融后血栓碎片直径7.2±2.5μm;与红细胞正常直径无显著性差异穴P>0.05雪鸦消融前后血管周径无显著性差异穴P>0.05雪;血栓长度与超声消融时间呈正相关穴r=0.937,P<0.01雪;消融时间在60s内,管壁各层组织结构与对照组无显著性差异,若能量发射60s以上,见内膜连续性呈点状损伤。结论超声消融术能安全、有效清除静脉内血栓,对血管壁无或轻微损伤。Objective To observe thrombolytic effects of inlumina ultrasound ablation on adult magna saphena thrombus and its impact on change of venous vessels wall.Methods Blood vessel models of adult magna saphena with thrombus had been established in vitro. Each vessel divided into four segments(2cm,4cm,6cm,8cm)which were given ultrasound ablation,while another segment(2cm)not ultrasound ablation as contrast. Results The diameter of thrombus fragments were about 7.2±2.5μm after ultrasound ablation. It had no remarkable difference from that of normal red blood cell (P>0.05).The vessel diameter had no remarkable difference between before- after- ultrasound ablation(P>0.05). The length of thrombus and the time need-ed ultrasound ablation had positive correlation(r=0.937,P<0.01). Each layer of vessel wall had no change after ultrasound ablation if the time was within 60 seconds. Meanwhile the endomembrane continuity had punctuated lesion if the time exceeded 60 seconds.Conclusion Ultrasound ablation can erase vein thrombosis effectively and safely. It has no or less lesion on vessel wall.
