摘　　要：介绍了CIP的概念、运行机制并与工程保险传统方式进行了比较。并针对铁路建设工程保险推行CIP的制约因素 ,提出建议。This article gives an introduction to the concept and operating mechanism of CIP and makes a comparison with the traditional mode of engineering insurance. And the proposal is then presented based on the restraints in carrying out the engineering insurance.
