试论货币市场基金在我国的发展

摘　　要：货币市场基金作为一种新的证券投资基金品种,以其较高的流动性和安全性、较稳定的收益等而倍受欢迎。本文正是在此背景下,探讨了我国发展货币市场基金的重要现实意义,但是由于我国金融体制的特殊性,货币市场基金要顺利发展还存在若干障碍,对此,本文也提出了诸如加快发展货币市场、制定管理法规等措施,以期货币市场基金在我国有更加广阔的发展前景。Money market fund is a raw kind of paper investment fund.It's very popular because it has high fluidity, security and stable benefit.In this background, the real meaning of developing money market fund in our country is expounded.However, money market fund has several obstacles in developing,for the finance system of our country has its own particularity.For above reason, some measures such as fasten the development in money market and establish management statute are put forward to make future money market fund have much more expansive prospect in our country.
