摘 要:为了研究基于模块化产品族大规模定制的配置设计,探讨其实现方法,在分析大规模定制生产模式所具有的设计和定制分离过程特点的基础上,提出了基于产品族的配置设计过程及其方法。通过分析由零件族和装配体族构成的配置模型,建立了基于事物特性表的产品族组织方法;剖析了客户驱动的定制过程,形成了包含需求和工程两个处理环节的配置设计过程以及环节之间的映射方法;通过建立需求和工程配置模型,应用基于图表示的配置推理方法,实现了产品的定制配置。最后以自行车为例演示了配置设计方法。To study the configuration design of mass customization based on modular product family and to explore its implementation approach, through analyzing the process of mass customization that was embodied with the feature of separation between design and customization, the configuration design methodology based on product family was presented. The management pattern based on Tabular Layouts of Article Characteristic (TLAC) for product family was studied and the configuration model was then constructed with component family. With the analysis of customer-driven configuration process, the process of configuration design including the correlative steps of requirement and engineering, which were corresponding to the product family model, was derived, and the mapping strategy among steps was also discussed. The configuration reasoning method based on graph grammar was used to derive the personality product with the configuration model of requirement and engineering. The example of bike family was used to illustrate above-mentioned configuration design methodology.
