摘  要:目的 通过对儿童哮喘不同发作期CD11a、CD18抗原表达的测定,探讨CD11a、CD18在哮喘不同发作期的作用。方法 用流式细胞仪检测哮喘患者外周血中性粒细胞表面CD11a、CD18抗原的表达。结果 发现急性发作期CD11a、CD18明显高于非急性发作期,非急性发作期患者明显高于健康对照组。结论 提示CD11a、CD18在哮喘的疾病活动中起着重要作用,是哮喘发病过程中重要的炎性介质之一。Objective To detect the expression of CD11a and CD18 of children with asthma in different phases,and to discuss the mechanism of the adhesion molecules in asthma. Methods The expressions of CD11a and CD18 on neutrocytes of children with asthma were detected by FCM. Results The expressions of CD11a and CD18 of children in acute seizure phase were much higher than that of children in chronic phase. And the expressions of these adhesion molecules of children in chronic phase were higher than that of control group. Conclusion CD11a and CD18 have very significant role in asthma, and they are important inflammatory mediums in pathogenesis of asthma.
