摘　　要：在讨论社会林业的概念、本质的基础上 ,依据制度经济的相关理论和WTO《农业协议》的“绿箱”、“黄箱”政策框架提出了推进我国社会林业持续发展的几点战略思考。Social forestry is regarded as a completely new forestry development theory. This paper summarized some concepts and essence of social forestry. Based on the principles of institutional economics and “Green Box Policies”, “Amber Box Policies” including in《Agreement on Agriculture》, some uncomplicated strategic thinking which may accelerate the sustainable development of social forestry in China were put forward.
