摘 要:采用温室水培试验 ,研究不同浓度Cd2 + 、Zn2 + 对番茄幼苗抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果表明 ,随着Cd2 + 、Zn2 + 胁迫浓度的增大 ,番茄幼苗生长明显受抑制 ,生物量积累、株高和叶面积下降。番茄根系和叶片中的丙二醛 (MDA)含量增加 ,而可溶性蛋白含量减少。抗氧化酶系统中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶 (APX)、过氧化物酶 (POD)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性上升。酶活性高浓度下变化明显。叶片中SOD、CAT活性大于根系 ,但活性变化小于根系 ,而POD则相反 ,且叶片中活性变化高于SOD、APX、CAT。抗氧化酶活性的上升能够提高幼苗适应和抵抗重金属胁迫的能力。A solution culture experiment in greenhouse was carr ied out to study effects of various Cadmium and Zinc stress on antioxidant enzym e system of tomato seedlings. The results showed that with the increase in conce ntrations of Cd 2+ and Zn 2+, the growth of tomato seedlings was obvio usly inhibited, and their biomass, plant height and leaf are decreased; malonald ehyde(MDA) contents in their roots and leaves increased, while the soluble prote in content decreased; the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(PO D), ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and catalase(CAT) rose. The activities of enzymes changed obviously under the high concentration. The activities of SOD and CAT i n the leaves were higher than those in the roots, but the variation of the activ ities in the leaves was less than that in the roots. On the contrary, the variat ion of POD activity in the leaves was greater than that in the roots, and also g reater than the variation of SOD, APX and CAT activities. Increasing the activit ies of antioxidant enzymes could improve the adaptiveness and resistance of toma to seedlings to heavy metal stress.
