摘  要:目的探讨生物活性玻璃作为成骨细胞培养支架的可行性,为骨组织工程寻找一种良好的细胞载体。方法采用骨膜源性成骨细胞与生物活性玻璃陶瓷体外复合培养,通过光镜、电镜、上清液ALP测定及流式细胞仪观察及检测生物活性玻璃陶瓷对成骨细胞生物学性状的影响。结果成骨细胞在生物活性玻璃陶瓷的表面及空隙内生长状态良好,上清液ALP测定值及细胞凋亡率(Ap)两组对照无显著性差异。结论生物活性玻璃陶瓷具有良好的生物相容性、生物活性和成骨作用,可以成为骨组织工程中一种新型的细胞支架材料。Objective:To study the possibility of bioactive glass ceramics used as vehicle of bone tissue engineering,and to search a fine cell scaffold Method:The authors cultivated periosteal derived osteoblasts with bioactive glass ceramics together in vitro,the biological properties affected with bioactive glass ceramics were observed and measured by light microscope,electron microscope,check of alkaline phosphatase in supernant liquid and flow cytometer Result:The osteoblasts grew well on the surface and interspace of the bioactive glass ceramics,and there were no prominent difference of the ALP in supernant liquid and apoptosis between the experimental and control groups Conclusion:Bioactive glass ceramics has good biocompability,bioactivity and osteogeneric capability,so it could become the late modeled cell vehicle for bone tissue engineering
