紫七软肝片对二甲基亚硝胺所致大鼠慢性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察紫七软肝片对二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)所致大鼠慢性肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法模型组及各给药组腹腔注射DMN10mg/kg,每周两次,连续两天注射,持续4周,给药自造模之日起,正常对照组给予等体积生理盐水,每天1次。结果紫七软肝片的3、6、12g/kg3个剂量组肝功能指标均有不同程度的改善,肝组织羟脯氨酸含量较模型组明显降低;6、12g/kg剂量组血清透明质酸、层粘连蛋白的值较模型组显著降低;病理组织学检查结果表明,其肝脏病变程度均较模型组明显减轻。结论紫七软肝片对大鼠慢性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of Zi Qi Ruangan granule(ZQRG) on chronic hepatic injury indeuce by dimethylnitrosamine(DMN) in rats.Methods Rats in the model group and ZQRG groups were treated with intraperitoneal injection of DMN 10 mg/kg two times per day for two continous days in a week.The treatment course lasted 4 weeks.rats in the normal control group were given normal saline,ZQRG was given one time per day at the same time of modeling.Results Compared to the model group,ZQRG in the three different doses of 3,6,12 g/kg could decrease the serum levels of ALT ,AST and ALP and hepatic level of hydroxyproline ,serum levels of hyaluronic acid (HA) and laminin (LN) were also lowered in 6,12 g/kg ZQRG groups. Histopathologic examination also showed that the hepatic damage was much relieved.Conclusion ZQRG has a protective effect effects on DMN-induced chronic hepatic injury.
