力骨胶囊对绝经后骨质疏松症大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的研究力骨胶囊预防和治疗大鼠绝经后骨质疏松症的药效学。方法采用卵巢切除致大鼠实验性骨质疏松模型,随机分组给药,检测实验鼠股骨骨密度、湿重、干重等物理指标及各项血液生化指标。结果力骨胶囊能明显提高模型大鼠的股骨密度,显著增加模型大鼠血清Ca、P、Mg、Zn及降钙素(CT)水平,降低模型大鼠血清骨钙素(BGP)水平及羟脯氨酸/肌酐(Hop/Cre)值,并增加模型大鼠的股骨湿重、干重、灰重、体积、长度、直径等。结论力骨胶囊可有效地预防和治疗去卵巢后大鼠实验性骨质疏松。Objective To investigate the effect of Ligu Capsules in preventing and treating menopausal osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.Methods Rat models with osteoporosis were established by ovariectomy. Bone mineral density of femur,dry and wet bone weight and blood biochemical parameters were measured before and after treatment.Results Compared with the model group, Ligu Capsules increased femur bone mineral density,elevated the serum levels of Ca,P,Mg ,Zn and CT, decreased serum BGP level and hydroxyproline/creatinine(Hyp/Crea)ratio,increased dry weight, wet weight and ash weight of femur, as well as the bone length, bone volume, and bone diameter.Conclusion Ligu Capsules can prevent and treat osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.
