昆藻调脂胶囊的降脂保肝作用

摘　　要：目的探讨昆藻调脂胶囊降脂保肝的药理作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法采用高脂饲料及30%酒精复制脂肪肝模型,观察昆藻调脂胶囊对血清脂质的含量、肝功能以及肝脏组织病理学的影响。结果昆藻调脂胶囊能降低脂肪肝大鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白的含量,减轻肝脏的病理损害。结论昆藻调脂胶囊具有调节血脂、保护肝功能的作用。Objective To investigate the pharmacological actions of Kunzao Tiaozhi Capsules(KTC)in decreasing blood lipid content and protecting liver and to supply some experimental evidences for its clinical practice. Methods Rat model with fatty liver was established by feeding fatty forage and 30 %alcohol, and KTC was given during modeling. The effect of KTC on the serum lipid content, hepatic function and histopathological changes in liver tissue were observed. Results KTC could obviously decrease the serum contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), ALT and AST, increase high-density lipoprotein (HDL) content; and reduce liver pathological lesion.Conclusion KTC has an effect in preventing and treating fatty liver by regulating blood lipid and protecting hepatic function.
