摘 要:目的 探讨微波在兔保脾手术对抗感染的应用价值。方法 微波行兔脾部分切除 (PSM )术后细菌廓清功能与假拟手术 (SO)、全脾切除 (TS)比较。结果 PSM与TS比较 ,10min、2h及 4h菌落差异均有非常显著性(P <0 0 1) ;1h差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;PSM与SO比较 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;SO与PSM做细菌廓清功能 4 8h内无死亡。结论 微波行兔脾部分切除术有较好的抗感染能力 ,并可能预防切脾后暴发性感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate application value of microwave coagulator on anti-infection during operation of splenic salvage of rabbits. METHODS The function of bacterial clearance among rabbits with partial splenectomy using microwave(PSM),sham operation(SO) and total splenectomy(TS) was compared. RESULTS Bacterial colony formation units of PSM were significantly different from those of TS at the time of 10min,2h and 4h (P<0.01) ; there was also significant difference at the time of 1h(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between PSM and SO(P>0.05).During 48 hours of bacterial clearance no rabbits died in SO or PSM. CONCLUSIONS Rabbits with PSM have ability of anti-infection and can prevent against overwhelming postsplenectomy infection.
