摘　　要：目的　分析研究中心静脉营养管污染致菌血症危险因素 ,探讨防治措施。方法　对 7例中心静脉置管的患者 7d内出现寒颤、高热进行分析 ,并对中心静脉导管做细菌培养。结果　培养结果均为肺炎克雷伯菌感染。结论　中心静脉置管患者 ,一旦出现不明原因的感染症状 ,要考虑到导管本身污染的可能性 ,进行及时对症处理。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the risk factors of bacteremia caused by central vein catheter infection and their therapeutic measures. METHODS Evaluation was made to the patients with central vein catheter on the condition that they had symptoms of chill and hyperpyrexia, and germiculture of central vein catheter was made. RESULTS The germiculture was positive, and Klebsiella appeared in all samples. CONCLUSIONS When the patients with central vein catheter have symptoms of chill and hyperpyrexia, without reliable causes, we should take into account the central vein catheter contamination and treat it.
