摘　　要：目的　检测美逸柔、汰可分、安高特 3种皮肤消毒剂的临床消毒效果。方法　将参加手术人员随机分成3组 ,每组 30人 ;按产品使用说明进行外科手消毒后 ,按消毒技术规范要求进行皮肤消毒实验。结果　 3种消毒剂的消毒效果及持续抑菌效果无显著差异。结论　安高特是外科手消毒较理想的化学消毒剂 ,消毒效果好、价廉、使用方便。OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect of disinfection with three types of surgical hand disinfectants. METHODS Experiment was divided into Meiyirou group, Decosept group and Angaote group. In each group had 30 persons. Sample was adopted at before disinfection, after disinfection and 3 hours after disinfection. RESULTS The result of three groups was no difference. CONCLUSIONS Angaote is an ideal chemical disinfectant for surgery with better disinfectant efficacy, lower price, and a convenient usage.
