摘  要:目的 为了引起广大医务人员高度重视耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)对万古霉素敏感性的监测 ,掌握其耐药特性 ,依据药敏结果合理使用抗菌药物 ,延缓其耐药性的产生。方法 采用美国Microscan微生物鉴定仪、革兰阳性菌鉴定药敏复合板 (PC11) ,对 1998~ 2 0 0 0年分离的MRSA对万古霉素敏感性的监测。结果  1998~ 2 0 0 0年分离的MRSA菌株中 ,有 4株对万古霉素敏感性降低 ,其中 1株对万古霉素的MIC =8μg/ml;3株对万古霉素的MIC >16 μg/ml。结论 在我院监测中出现 1株万古霉素中介敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(VISA) ;3株万古霉素耐药金黄色葡萄球菌 (VRSA) ,药敏结果显示多重耐药。OBJECTIVE To make medical professionals pay attention to the monitoring of the sensibility of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) to vancomycin, to get master drug resistance characteristic of MRSA, and to choose proper antibiotic according to MIC results and to detect drug resistance. METHODS US made microscanner and Gram-positive MIC/Combo (Type PC11) for bacteria identification were used to detect the MRSA isolated from 1998-2000 and monitor their sensibility to vancomycin. RESULTS Among the bacteria isolated from 1998-2000, four of them showed reduced sensibility to vancomycin,one of them got MIC= 8μg/ml to vancomycin, three others got MIC>16μg/ml to vancomycin. CONCLUSIONS Vancomycin-intermedially sensitive S. aureus and vancomycin-resistant S. aureus are detected in our hospital.The MIC results show they have a multiple drug resistance characteristic.
