摘　　要：目的 :了解中度以上烧伤发病情况 ,探讨再生医学 (MEBT/MEBO)的临床治疗和疗效。方法 :将 2 0 0 0年 6月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月 ,采用MEBT/MEBO局部治疗配合全身治疗的 72 1列烧伤病人的致伤原因、流行病学特点、伤情特点、救治过程、住院日与转归等资料进行分析和总结 ,阐明我科两年来的烧伤治疗概况。在 72 1例中 ,占 4 1 89%,以幼儿和学龄前儿童居多 ,他们都源以生活烧烫伤。结果 :治愈 71 7例 ,治愈率99 45 %,死亡 4例 ,占 0 5 5 %。平均住院日 2 8天 ,深Ⅱ度创面愈后留有色素沉着 ,轻者 6个月随访肤色正常 ,重者 6月～ 1 2月随访肤色接近正常 ,Ⅲ度浅型创面自愈后的花斑样色素沉着 1 2月～ 2 8个月随访肤色恢复、皮肤弹性好 ,Ⅲ度深型自愈后色素缺如 ,无残疾。结论 :中度以上烧伤实行MEBT/MEBO局部治疗并配合全身治疗措施疗效可靠 ,对提高治愈率 ,降低病死率具有重要意义。Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis of burn and the efficacy of regeneration medicine (MEBT/MEBO). Method: An analysis of the data of 271 cases of burn treated with MEBT/MEBO was made, including the cause of disease, epidemiological characteristics, case condition, course of treatment, hospitalization time and results. 419 cases were adults, accounted for 58 11%, most of them aged from 20 to 30 and were burned by accidents during work time. 302 cases were children, accounted for 41 89%, most of them were preschool children and infants and were burned by accidents. Result: 717 cases were cured. The curative rate was 99 45%. 4 cases died, accounted for 0 55%. The average hospitalization time was 28 days. Deep 2 nd degree burn wounds healed with pigmentation, but those not severely burned had only slight pigmentation and their skin color turned normal after followed-up for 6 months; others turned normal in 6 to 12 months. Superficial 3 rd degree burn wounds healed with piebald pigmentation and the skin color turned normal in 12 to 18 months. Skin elasticity was good. Deep type 3 rd degree burn wounds healed with no pigment, but not disabled. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO associated with systemic treatment has very reliable efficacy in treating moderate and severe burn patients. The curative rate was high.
