摘　　要：目的 :观察邮票状中厚皮移植和湿润暴露疗法 (MEBT/MEBO)治疗大面积皮肤撕脱伤的疗效。方法 :对 1 9例大面积皮肤撕脱伴缺损的创面仔细清创 ,采用点状自体薄中厚皮移植 ,术后加压包扎 ,1 4天后行湿润暴露疗法 (MEBT/MEBO)治疗。结果 :移植的薄中厚皮成活好 ,创面修复快 ,肢体功能恢复好。结论 :薄中厚皮片及MEBT治疗大面积皮肤撕脱伤疗效满意。Objective: To observe the efficacy of autografting of stamp-shaped skin and MEBT in treating large area skin laceration. Method: 19 cases of large area skin laceration were subjected to autografting of stamp-shaped skin, and the wounds were bandaged. 14 days after operation, MEBO was applied locally. Result: The grafts survived very well, the wounds repaired quickly and the function of the limbs recovered. Conclusion: The efficacy of skin autograft and MEBO in treating large area skin laceration is very satisfactory.
