摘　　要：目的:建立盐酸氨溴索的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为C18柱,检测波长为245 nm。结果:在0.03-0.33 mg· mL-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.9%。结论:该法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确。Objective:To develop an HPLC method for assay of ambroxol hydrochloride. Method: With a C18 analytical column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(50: 50) ,and UV detector at 245 nm. Results: Under the condition, there was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.03 -0.3 mg·mL-1 ,the average recovery was 100.9%. Concisions: The method is simple and accurate.
