摘　　要：介绍了车臣民族分离势力与宗教极端势力相勾结制造了血腥的恐怖主义活动,对俄国安全构成了严重的威胁。同时,指出虽然俄联邦中央政府通过两次车臣战争平息了危机,但恐怖主义灾难及民族分离势力给俄罗斯造成了严重的危害和巨大的影响。The Chechen's national separating force colludes with the religious extreme forces and the international extreme forces. They make the bloody terrors which endanger Chechen and many other regions in Russia. And it challenges the Russian safety seriously to a contest. Although the central government of the Russia Union takes measures to put down the crisis, it shoulders a heavy responsibility through thick and thin for Russia to strengthen the national unity and oppose the terrors in the future.
