摘  要:体育已成为现代人类生活必不可少的重要内容 ,它的发展日趋完美。体育中蕴涵了丰富的美学因素 ,同时伴随着审美心理过程的发生 ,因此体育教育与审美心理在艺术规律和发展规律上密切相关 ,相互包容。建立良好的审美心理趋向 ,可以促使我们在体育教学中从审美的角度优化教学 ,提高技术、战术和体育艺术水平 ;与此同时我们通过体育教育从心理的角度培养审美素质 ,开发审美心理潜能 。Physical education has become the absolutely necessary content in modern human life, which is developing more and more perfectly. Physical education contains rich aesthetic elements, accompanied by the process of aesthetic mentality occurrence. Therefore, physical education and aesthetic mentality are related closely to each other in the aspects of laws of art and laws of development. In physical education teaching to have the fine tendency of aesthetic mentality will optimize the teaching from the aesthetic point of view, improve the level of technique, tactics and sports art. Meanwhile, in physical education aesthetic quality can be cultivated from the angle of mentality. The potentiality of aesthetic mentality can be developed so as to clarify the orientation of sports aesthetic mentality development.
