摘　　要：在立法学上，会期制度是关于立法机关在一定时期内开会的间隔及每次开会的时间的制度。实行固定的会期制度，是立法机关正常行使职权、定期开展活动的重要制度保障。The institution of time fixed for conference is an essential institution of legislatures activity. Under given conditions, how much time fixed for the conference influences the level of legislations. The institution of time fixed for conference of NPC is an importance part of NPC systems, it is in consonant with the situation of China, and has to be insisted and perfected. After quantitatively and comparatively analyzing the institution of time fixed for conference of NPC, the thesis advances some propositions of perfecting it.
