摘  要:作者对剖宫产时产妇分娩前输入5g或25g糖时,发现在分娩前输入25g糖的产妇及胎儿血糖、胰岛素比输入5g糖的产妇及胎儿明显增高。In 35 cases of cesarean section, 500 ml of balanced salt solution was infused intraveuously 10 min prior to the delivery of fetus. 5g and 10g of dextrose were give in addition in 10 and 15 cases respectively, the remaining 10 cases as control. Maternal venous blood and fetal umbilical blood samples were collected for estimation of blood glucose and insulin concentration. Results showed both glucose and insulin concentration rose markedly in those receiving 10g of dextrose as compared with the control. Author suggested that 5g of dextrose were more than enough for cesarean section patients.
