摘  要:用乙酸乙酯从落叶松硫酸盐皂中萃取出不皂化中性物,精制了硫酸盐皂,使浮油的中性物含量从32.8%降到17.4%,酸价从119提到169,从而提高了浮油的质量,为其精馏创造了条件。萃取出的不皂化中性物主要由萜烯醇、萜烯醛、脂肪醇和甾醇组成,其中落叶松醇含量为26.3%,甾醇含量为17%。经过二步结晶,得到了纯度为96.9%的甾醇晶体。甾醇为菜油甾醇、菜油甾烷醇、麦角甾醇-7-烯、β-谷甾醇、β-谷甾烷醇和α_1-谷甾醇,其中含β-谷甾醇64.6%,菜油甾醇25.1%。The sulfate soap is refined through extracting larix unsaponifiable neutral substances using ethyl acetate. The content of neutral substances in tall oil decreases from 32. 8% to 17.4% and the acid number increases from 119 to 169. This improves the quality of tall oil and provides a favorable condition for rectification. The unsaponifiable neutral substances from crude sulfate soap contain terpenes,terpene aldehydes, terpene alcohols,fatty alcohols and phytosterols. The content of phytosterols is 17%,and that of larixol is 26. 3%. White crystals containing phytosterol of 96.9% are obtained through crystallization. The phytosterols are campesterol,campestanol.ergosterol-7-ene,β-sitosterol,β-sitostanol and citrostandienol,in which the content of β-sitosterol is 64.6% .campesterol is 25.1%.
