杏核活化过程的电子显微镜研究

摘  要:用电子显微镜对杏核、杏核炭及杏核活性炭的表面和断面显微形貌进行了研究。从水蒸气活化前后试样显微形貌的显著变化,证实了气体活化过程具有清除原料炭中的焦油等非组织碳,使孔隙开放畅通,使原有孔隙变大,以及生成新孔隙等作用。By the means of electron microscope. the surfaces and sections of almond shell > charcoal and activated carbon have been studied. The great changes of sample microstructure morphology after activation process with steam have been found. It has been proved that the activation process with steam can delete disorganized carbon,such as tar,and make the pores open and unimpeded.The process also has the function of enlarging the original pores and generating new pores.
