摘　　要：在中国文学发展史上,词之美感特质的演进与历史之世变有着相互作用的密切关系。而词学家对于词之美感特质的体认也经历了一段漫长而复杂的过程。清代常州词派的理论家周济在积累和总结前人的基础上提出了"诗有史,词亦有史"的说法。伴随晚清之世变,产生了大量史词,委婉曲折地反映出世变的阴影,正是晚清史词优秀作品的共同特征。In the history of chinese literature, the evolution of the aesthetic character of Ci-Poetry is related to the change of history closely. The researchers have experienced a long and complex period to recognize the aesthetic character of Ci- Poetry. ZhouJi, a Ci writer of the Changzhou School, after assimilation numerous reflections by the Ci writers of the past, finally suggested 'Poetry reflects history, as does Ci.' With the change of world affairs in the later Qing Dynasty, a lot of historical Ci were writed to reflect the history indirectly, which is a common character of the excellent historical Ci in that period.
