加味四君子汤对脾虚小鼠心钠素水平的影响

摘　　要：心钠素(ANF)是一种多肽类激素,对机体许多生理过程起着重要的调节作用。本文采用利血平所致脾虚小鼠模型,发现其血浆ANF水平较正常显著降低(P<0.001),而脾组织ANF水平升高显著(P<0.001),加味四君子汤对这种变化有明显的纠正作用,提示ANF与脾虚发病机理和加味四君子汤药理作用机理有一定关系。实验还表明,加味四君子汤使脾虚小鼠一般情况改善,并对脾虚模型小鼠体重及胸腺、脾脏、睾丸和子宫的湿重减轻有显著的保护作用。Cardionatrin or atrial natrluretic factor (ANF) is a kind of polypeptide hormone which has a very important regulating function for many physiological processes of living body. Spleen-deficiency mouse model induced by reserpine was used in this experiment. The results showed that the level of ANF is significantly lower in the plasma of spleen-deficiency than control group (P<0.001), and is signifantly higher in the spleen. These changes were corrected remarkably by modified Si Jun Zi decoction (P<0.01). The results indicate that ANF is one of substantial foundation for the pathogenesis of spleen-deficiency and the pharmological action of modified Si Jun Zi decoction. Improvement of general condition and increase of reduced body weight and the wet weight of thymus, spleen, testis and uterus in spleen-deficiency mice were also observed after the administration of the decoction.
