鸡后口吸虫的超微结构研究

摘　　要：应用透射电镜对鸡后口吸虫(Postharmostomum gollium)的皮层、盲肠、排泄系及实质细胞的超微结构研究显示:在上述组织细胞核内存在着电子深染的圆形颗粒。这种颗粒具有:①电子密度深,均匀,②数量不一,为1～16个,③形态规则,大多呈球形,少数外周有突起,④大小不定等特性。皮层厚约7.62～13.33μm,属中等厚度皮层的吸虫类;基质有50～80列杆状分泌体,未见体棘。盲肠上皮为合胞体结构,肠腔内容物为鸡血细胞及残骸。排泄系由焰细胞,初、次级毛细管、集合管以及排泄囊所组成;焰细胞的纤毛数为65～76根;集合管和排泄囊的壁可分两部分,靠腔面部分结构致密,均匀,另部分结构疏松,富含细胞器。实质细胞形态多样,突起多。本文还对上述组织细胞的结构特点以及胞核内电子深染的圆形颗粒的性质进行了讨论。Electron microscope observations have been made on the structure of tegument, gut, excre- tory system and parenchymal cells of Postharmostomum gallium. The results showed that there were some highly dense round granules in the nuclei of the cells belonging to the tegument, gut, excretory system, as well as in the nuclei of the parenchymal cells. The granules have following properties: 1), deeply electronic density, 2). the number of granules varies from 1～16, 3). mainly round in shape, 4). different size. The tegument is about 7.62～13,33 μm in thickness, which can be classified as middle-thick tegument with mitochondron, and 50～80 rows of secre- tory bodies. The epithelium lining the caeca is syncytium, the villi projecting into the lumen of the caeca increase the area of the surface in contact with food. The contents of the gut are mainly the blood cells and its fragments of chicken. The function of the gut epithelium is both secretion of digestive enzymes and absorption. The excretory system consists of flame celts, primary ducts, secondary ducts, collecting duct and excretory bladder. The number of fla- gella in a flame cell is 65～76. The walls of the collecting duet and the excretory bladder are divided into two parts, the structure of the part close to the lumen is dense; while the other part contains organelles. Dense villi are seen in the collecting duct and the excretory bladder, in the lumens of which are found with numereous calcareous particles, but, another kind of par- ticles found also in the collecting duct. The shape of parenchymal cells is various, in the cy- toplasm are there a lot of mitochondria and secretory granules, and some entoplasmic reticula.
