摘 要:对鹅裂口线虫生活史进行了研究。虫卵在26~28℃条件下,经12~16小时在卵壳内发育为第一期幼虫,再经24~36小时进行两次蜕皮,发育为第三期幼虫,随即孵出。不同成熟度的第三期幼虫,在宿主体内发育率不同。第三期幼虫经口感染小鹅,4天后在腺胃蜕皮1次,形成第四期幼虫,并向肌胃移行。7天后在肌胃又蜕1次皮,发育为第五期幼虫,14天后在肌胃检得成虫。不同年龄的宿主感染其虫卵在开放前期有明显差异。This papper gives a report on studies of the life cycle of Amidostomum anseris. The mature eggs were cultured in water: they developed into the first stage larvae in 12~6 hours at 26~28℃. The first and second ecdysis took place within the egg-shell and completed m 24~36 hours, soon after the third stage larvae hatched. The rate of development in host is related to the time that the third stage larvae were cultured. When the infective larvae were fed to goslings, they exshe- athed and penetrated the wall of proventriculus, molted to the fourth stage after 4 days and then migrated to the gizzard and molted to the fifth stage larvae after 7 days. The adults of A. an- seris were found 14 days after infection. The prepatent periods varies with the age of the host gosling, longer period being observed in elder gosling.
