摘　　要：世界银行首次在中国林业贷款项目中引进了社区林业评估方法 (CFA) ,云南省承担了世行贷款“贫困地区林业发展项目 (FDPA)”的实施 ,并在项目设计中成功地使用了CFA方法 ,以此为例 ,简要介绍社区林业评估方法在FDPA中引进和推广情况 ,并提出CFA对国内大型林业建设项目设计中可供借鉴的建议 。It is the first time for the World Bank to introduce community forestry assessment (CFA) in the Loan Forestry Project of China Yunnan undertook the implementation of the Forestry Development in Poor Areas Project (FDPA), and adopted CFA in the project design successfully As a case study, it gives brief introduction to CFA approaches adopted and extended in the FDPA and puts forward salutary lessons in national forestry construction programs
