活血化瘀注射液Ⅰ号对大鼠脑微循环障碍的保护作用

摘　　要：[目的 ]研究活血化瘀注射液Ⅰ号 (HHI -Ⅰ )对高分子葡聚糖引起的大鼠脑微循环障碍的保护作用。[方法 ]应用 10 %葡聚糖尾静脉注射 (9mL/kg)引起大鼠脑微循环障碍 ,与此同时或前 30min尾静脉输入HHI -Ⅰ ,观察其对脑微循环障碍的治疗与预防作用。脑血流变化应用激光多普勒血流仪 (LDF)进行测定。 [结果 ]高分子葡聚糖使大鼠脑微循环明显降低 ,HHI -Ⅰ未表现治疗作用 ,但有显著的预防作用。 [结论 ]HHI -Ⅰ对高分子葡聚糖引起的大鼠脑微循环障碍有明显的预防作用。ObjectiveTo investigate the protective effect of HHI_Ⅰ against cerebrail blood flow disturbance induced by dextran in rats.[Methods]Disturbance of cerebral blood flow was produced by intravenous injection of high molecule dextran(10%)in rats.HHI-Ⅰ was administered.1 mL per min,simultaneously with injection of dextran or 30 min before it to observe its protective action against the damaged brain microcirculation.Blood flow in brain was measured by laser.Doppler flowmetry(LDF).[Results]Dextran markedly reduced brain microsirculation.HHI-Ⅰ did not appear therapeutic effect but could significantly prevent the decreasing of cerebral blood flow.[Couclusion]HHI-Ⅰ has significant protective effect against the disturbance of cerebral blood flow in rats.
